⛸️ Gopro 5 Black Screen Not Working

Good afternoon, My GoPro 9 has a similar problem, i followed the manual factory reset (3 times) but the main problem remain. Right after the reset, everything looks perfect but once i turn off the gopro and let it rest for a couple of hours, the main screen remain black. Bought the Max in Jan last year, worked fine for about six months. Even with my current phone (iPhone 12). Then all of a sudden, black screen when trying to view or edit my 360 videos. Reported the issue to GoPro at the beginning of the year, hard reset and re-installed the app, still having the same issue. Reset your GoPro Hero 5. When your Hero 5 camera does not turn on anymore, first try the reset. After removing the SD card and unplugging your camera from any power source, press the Mode button for 10 seconds. I recently purchased the hero10 and have been able to use it until this morning when I powered it on. The front and rear screen are black and I am unable to take pictures (just ends up being a black screen), but I can still use the touch screen buttons/functions and view old media. I can pretty much do everything that the instructions say I should do but when it comes time to use the camera as a webcam the only thing that comes up on preview is a black screen and when in Zoom or elsewhere a GoPro Webcam placeholder image.
